Xiaomi has globally introduced its Xiaomi 14 series, comprising the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Ultra smartphones, at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. Originally launched in China in October 2023 and February 22, respectively, these devices boast impressive features such as LTPO displays, IP68 dust and water resistance, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processors, Leica optics, and rapid wired and wireless charging.
Starting at Euro 999 (approximately Rs 90,000), the Xiaomi 14, confirmed for an India launch on March 7, features a 6.36-inch LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, and a triple rear camera setup, including a 50MP primary sensor with Leica optics. It supports 90W fast wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra, priced at Euro 1,499 (around Rs 1,35,000), showcases a 6.73-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Shield Glass protection. Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, it offers a 5,300mAh battery with 90W fast wired charging, 80W wireless charging, and a 10W reverse wireless charging feature. The camera setup includes a 50MP primary sensor, two zoom options with 3.2x and 5x zoom capabilities, and a 14mm ultrawide lens. The device can record videos up to 8K@24fps and 4K@120fps with advanced HDR technologies.
